Set the oven to preheat at 180 °C (350 °F). Prepare a loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper and keep it aside.
In a bowl, combine butter, oil, sugar and vanilla and whisk thoroughly.
Add in the sweetened condensed milk and stir thoroughly.
Incorporate baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then stir thoroughly.
Now add in the soaked fruits and mix well
Add milk and mix well.
Spoon this into the loaf pan, and if there is any leftover batter, pour it into muffin pans.
Bake for 35 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
If the cake darkens too quickly, cover it with parchment and keep baking.
Take out of the oven and let it cool down entirely.
Put the cake in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to ensure a clean slice.
