Ingredients
  

For boiling:
  • 4 cup water
  • 3 tomato cubed
  • 10 dried red chilli
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
For sauce:
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp spring onion

Method
 

  1. To begin, place a sufficient amount of water in a saucepan and include 3 tomatoes along with 10 dried red chilies.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the tomato becomes tender.
  3. Wash the tomato and place it into the mixer jar.
  4. Crush 4 cloves of garlic along with 1 inch of ginger until smooth, then set it aside.
  5. In a frying pan, warm 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté the tomato chili mixture.
  6. Incorporate 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons of vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of spring onion.
  7. Mix and cook until the raw flavour is gone.
