- firstly, take 2 cups maida, ½ tsp salt, and 1 tbsp oil in a bowl. Mix well
- Start kneading the dough after adding the warm water
- Make sure the dough is soft and smooth by kneading it. Keep covered and set aside.
- Heat two teaspoons of oil to prepare the ingredients.
- Add 2 teaspoons of spring onion, 5 garlic, cloves, 1 inch of ginger, and 2 chilies. Make sure to sauté well.
- Also, add ½ onion and sauté slightly
- In addition, add 1 carrot, 2 cups of cabbage, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper powder.
- Stir fry till the vegetables making sure the vegetables are cooked.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of spring onion. The veggie momos filling is ready; set it aside.
- Knead the dough again and pinch a ball-sized dough.
- Roll and flatten as thin as possible. Cut into a round shape
- Now place a tbsp of stuffing in the centre.
- Start pleating the edges slowly and gather everything.
- Press in the middle and seal the momos, forming a bundle.
- Heat a steamer and arrange the momos in the tray without touching each other.
- Furthermore, steam momos for 10-12 minutes or till a shiny sheen appears over them.

Notes
- First, if you don't knead the dough thoroughly, the momos will be tough.
- Additionally, load the momos with vegetables of your choosing.
- Additionally, right before serving, steam the momos. Momos won't taste very well if they're chilled.
- Lastly, the Veg Momos Recipe is much better when made with a hot sauce and extra filling.
